JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Glazing Coordinator, you will assist with project documentation, scheduling, purchasing, and communication between office, site, and clients to ensure jobs run efficiently from start to finish.

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and track project documentation, drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Assist with scheduling, delivery coordination, and tracking materials and fabrication orders.
  • Communicate with general contractors, suppliers, and field staff regarding project progress.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files.
  • Prepare quotes, purchase orders, change orders, and related administrative documents.
  • Support health & safety documentation, toolbox meetings, and compliance tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers and the estimating team.
  • Assist with invoicing, time entry, and job cost reporting as needed.
 

Work Experience

  • 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience (construction or glazing preferred).
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Bluebeam, SharePoint, or project management software).
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction terminology is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
